The Floral Goose
This week I’m going all in on a deep reset.
Not just a “drink more water and call it wellness” kind of detox. I mean full reset mode: stepping away from my usual daily vitamins, caffeine, dairy, gluten, and the constant inputs my body and mind have gotten used to. Including a digital detox, more writing, more reading, and creating real space to come back to myself.
I made this guide as a companion practice for the week, something simple to support the process with breath, movement, strength, grounding, reflection, and nervous system care.
A few minutes in the morning.
A reset in the middle of the day.
A softer return at night.
This is not about punishment. It’s about recalibration.
Clearing the static.
Letting the body rest.
Letting the mind settle.
Remembering what it feels like to live with less noise and more presence.
