In short - it’s the same!! TYF just rebranded to Saprea.

This is a nonprofit focused on liberating individuals and society from child sexual abuse and its lasting impacts. They provide healing services to survivors and prevention resources to parents and communities, free of charge. They also raise awareness and educate the public on this important issue.
