This may be our last Market Supper until Fall. Come circle around the table with us and enjoy a family style dinner, passing platters, sipping something nice, chatting with your neighbor. We embrace the influence of Spain in this month’s menu!

Pintxos - a selection of tapas style finger foods to start
Ensalata de la huerta - local greens w/ pickled onion, slivered almonds & sherry vinaigrette
Pollo en Salsa Brava - TX chicken braised in a “fierce” smoky sauce
Crispy Patates - roasted & smashed gold potatoes tossed in olive oil & fresh herbs
Escalavada - ember roasted seasonal local vegetables
Torrijas - Coyote Creek egg soaked hearth breads & seasonal fruit

WINE PAIRING
For those who want to extend this pequeño recorrido (little tour) of Spain to wine as well, we are happy to be your guide!! A selection of Spanish wines will be available by the glass, bottle or tasting flight. Come prepared to be delighted!
