Bonus Baseball also does 🥎. 8U is a good age to get your swing locked down. A lot of casting and lunging forward to the ball at this age. Last night our girls put on a show with some hard hit fly balls and grounders. One girl even hit an Inside the park home-run! As you can see we warmed up with a whiffle ball bat and lite flite balls to take the weight of the bat out of their hands and focus on lower body movement and keeping the hands inside the ball. After a few cuts we move back to their bat and the muscle memory stays in place.

Baseball is a fun and challenging sport that requires quality repetitions in order to develop the skills necessary to consistently perform on the field. When players are new to the game or are going through a slump they need a specific plan that addresses their needs. We can help.
