All Delivery Fees and Rush Order Fees will be enforced moving forward!
Thank you so much for supporting my small business! To help everything run smoothly, please review the following updates:
• Orders must be paid in full within 24 hours of placing your order.
•If payment isn’t received, your order will be canceled. Please note, reminders will not be sent.
• Turnaround Time: Most orders take 3-5 business days, depending on the size of your order and the level of customization.
• Rush Orders: A $15 rush fee applies and must be paid at the time the order is placed.
• Late Pickups: Orders not picked up on time will incur a $10 late fee.
• Delivery: Deliveries beyond a 10-mile radius from my location will include a $10–$15 delivery fee.
• Shipping: A $10 mailing fee applies to all shipped orders.
• Order Confirmation: Please review and confirm all details within 24 hours of receiving your order summary. Payment must also be submitted within this window.
If confirmation and payment are not received, your order will be canceled, and new timelines may apply if you choose to reorder.
Please note: I do not keep items in stock — everything is ordered and created specifically for you.
