Praise report — You’re looking at a 44 year old woman who can once again lift her 112 pound daughter in and out of her wheelchair. Without the cover of my tshirt and leggings, I look like what I can most closely described as a melting candle. BUT WHO CARES? I honestly don’t. It’s hard to be discouraged about what I am not, when I am so proud of who I am. Just wanted to share that bit of good news. There’s so much we can’t do anything about. I have extra skin and sags for days… but now I *also* have MUSCLE and THAT is really, really fun. 💛 cheers to all the women out there pursuing the hard stuff. Especially in the middle of other stuff. We’re doing it. 💪
