🌎 Small actions can create a lasting impact.

This Spring, during Earth Month, members of our Environmental Pathfinders and their family members came together at Lapham Peak State Park to help rebuild trails and care for the environment we all share. 🌱

What made the day even more meaningful was seeing our employee-owners, families, and children working side-by-side to give back to the community and help preserve Wisconsin’s natural spaces for future generations.

This project was just one of many Earth Month activities led by MyPath employee-owners across our communities. Throughout the month, teams came together to volunteer, care for natural spaces, and find meaningful ways to give back, demonstrating that even small actions can have a lasting impact.

While we're celebrating 10 years as a 100% employee-owned company, MyPath's ownership journey began nearly 25 years ago when employee ownership first became part of our story. Employee ownership has created a culture where people are invested in one another, committed to continuous growth, and empowered to make a difference.
