We understand the uncertainty everyone may be facing due to the Wuhan virus pandemic (COVID-19). As of today, March 19th, we have decided to reduce the rental payments for the month of April to 50% of the previous amount due. This reduction will still allow Dirham Rentals, LLC to continue to pay property related expenses and maintain the safety of our residents while hopefully giving them the flexibility they need during these difficult times for all of us.
