Overeaters Anonymous is a 12-Step fellowship where thousands have found freedom from food and body obsession. We have found recovery and relief from many eating disorders, including compulsive overeating, obesity, anorexia, restricting, bulimia, over-exercising, binge eating, and body dysmorphia. Members of all ages and diverse backgrounds around the world have joined us in finding recovery from compulsive eating and compulsive food behaviors.

It’s time for our annual convention again!
Many of us have found a solution to our compulsive eating and compulsive eating behaviors in OA. Though you can attend an OA meeting in person, online, or by phone seven days/week, our convention is only held once a year. Please be our guest to the convention.
You may attend virtually using Zoom or attend by calling in if you prefer.
We have a newcomer center set up to welcome you, answer questions, and make suggestions on workshops to attend. Please feel free to join us for an hour, a few hours, or for the entire convention.
AND…if you are in OA for less than 3 months, new to OA, or returning to OA, please be our guest at the convention!
