Came home after a long day and whipped up a batch of sourdough discard cinnamon rolls. Tried to snap a picture of one of the labs giving their stamp of approval, but they were far too excited—one tried to eat the box and I’ll let you guess who.

Safe to say these rolls are officially Labrador approved (and got a few two-legged taste-testers’ approval too). —and they’re now available to order for anyone who needs a little homemade comfort.

Pulled these beauties from the oven this morning, and y’all… they smell like heaven.

Tested out two new loaves hittin’ the table:
• Brie & Rosemary – soft, herby, and melt-in-your-mouth good
• Blueberry Vanilla Goat Cheese – sweet, creamy, and just the right kind of wild

And of course, our classic sourdough—simple, crusty, and honest—is always close by.

This is bread the way Grandma would’ve done it—if Grandma had goat cheese.

Hey y’all! I’m Rebecca, the baker behind Labrador Loaf Co. – a West Texas cottage bakery where everything’s made from scratch with a whole lot of love (and maybe a little flour on the floor).

This cozy little business was inspired by slow mornings, country music, and my favorite kitchen sidekicks: my Labradors (Indiana and Maverick). Around here, we believe in real butter, golden loaves, and making people feel at home with every bite.

From cookies and brownies to seasonal treats and fresh breads, I’ll be sharing pre-orders, pop-up dates, and behind-the-scenes bakes right here. Thanks for following along—can’t wait to share a slice of Labrador Loaf Co. with y’all!

— Rebecca
