Texas Two Step is a free 5-minute training session in hands-only CPR designed to teach participants how to potentially save a life.

- Step #1: Call 911.
- Step #2: Begin hands-only CPR by pushing hard and fast on the center of the chest. Heart disease is the No. 1 killer of Texans, with four out of five cardiac arrests occurring at home. Training teams representing all eleven Texas medical school

Nova Southwestern University College of Osteopathic Medicine is having a National Two Step CPR training event this Saturday! This event is FREE and will be offered in English and Spanish!

This event will take place at a community fair on their campus this Saturday, February 4, 2023. We look forward to them teaching students and members of their community about two important steps that can save lives!
