HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY! πΊπΈ I rucked through the Firecracker Run 10K (6.22 miles) this morning carrying 30 poundsβagain re-completing the challenge. The challenge is to sign up for a local 10K race, and ruck it instead of rucking.
