Sara Rader Counseling
Therapists spend so much time holding space for everyone else that it can become incredibly easy to stay in “functioning mode” while carrying a lot internally ourselves.
One thing I’ve noticed over and over is that insight isn’t always the same thing as processing. Many therapists are highly self-aware, but still haven’t had the space, support, or structure to move through some of what they’ve been carrying.
That’s a big part of why I created this intensive.
This is not a training or consultation group. It’s an experiential EMDR processing-focused space designed specifically for therapists to engage in their own work in a supportive small-group environment.
The format is intentionally structured to allow for deeper momentum than traditional weekly therapy often provides — with many participants likely accomplishing what might otherwise unfold across months of weekly sessions.
Because this is the inaugural round, I’ve decided to extend the introductory rate a bit longer while the group continues forming.
If you’ve been considering it or wondering whether it might be a fit, I’m happy to answer questions.

🌱 Therapists, you hold space for others every day.
💛 This is a space for you.
& I are offering a small, therapist-only EMDR group intensive on May 28 in Gallatin, TN.
We created this in response to a need we’ve been seeing for therapists to have more focused spaces to do their own work.
It’s a 3-hour, in-person group intensive, focused on processing personal or vicarious trauma using EMDR (not a training or consultation group).
Details:
• Thursday, May 28 | 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Gallatin, TN
• Limited to 10–12 therapists
