Soup season is here again 🍂 Learn my one trick to for a 5mn lunch / dinner ready in 5 and taht lasts all week long, no meal prep involved !

Let’s start this week strong 💪 Breakfast, nearing my ovulation phase, after my morning walk:
- 2 eggs
- plenty of raw veggies
- A few nuts
- 2 tablespoons of sheep yoghurt
- a drizzle of olive oil
- peppered with parsley
