Happy Thanksgiving beautiful people 🤎✨🍁 Today I’m taking a breath, a moment and sitting in deep gratitude for this wildly beautiful, perfectly imperfect life.

I’m grateful for the people who fill my world with love, laughter, and belonging. For Tim and Chloe, my heart, my greatest reminders of what truly matters. For my family who loves and supports me, even from up above, the friends who are family, the soul sisters who cheer louder than I do, and the mentors who see my greatness even on the days I forget.

I’m grateful for the work I get to do — building brands, building people, building leaders — and for everyone who’s trusted me to walk alongside their growth this year. What an honor.

I’m grateful for health, for miracles big and small, for clarity that comes in whispers, and for the courage to follow where life is leading.

And I’m grateful for this moment… this season… this chapter that’s unfolding in such beautiful, unexpected ways.

May today remind you of all that’s already here, already working, already enough.

A Proud Golden Bear 💛💙

A few weeks back, I returned to my alma mater UC Berkeley for a reunion that filled my cup. Reconnecting with friends who feel like home and reminded me where it all began.

Walking the campus gave me chills. It reminded me who I am at the core curious, tenacious, fearless... before the titles, the family, the pivots, and all the things.

Being a Berkeley grad set the bar for what would become the standard of my life and I’ve been meeting it ever since. I don’t take that lightly.

There’s something powerful about revisiting the place that first shaped your drive and your belief in yourself and what’s possible.

As I continue building my business and community blending leadership, culture, brand strategy and empowerment I’m leaning into the strength of connection.
