A restful and nurturing full moon, all! Photos from a few days ago, 4/4/4, Feeling love and life! Biking, sun, Earth rest, self compassion exercises. Laughter on the trail. Resting mind in nature. Observing. Listening. Sun gazing. Seeing the sky and moon so clearly. I've never been able to capture so many details of the moon via phone. Imagining our ancestors and wondering how they may be able to learn and know so much about the cosmos. Given the increase in what we're able to see and hear in these clear times, they may have essentially been able to directly see what we simply cannot due to the effects of climate change and evolutionary changes to our sight & bodies over the millennia.

Wishing all much rest, balance and peace during this transition period as Mother Earth renews. Especially those that may be ill or lost loved ones, elders, those that may be without stable shelter/housing, or experiencing instability or uncertainty of any kind due to the lockdown. Just now getting to take a closer look at and for support. We're all in this together and I'm grateful to receive encouraging messages and meditations (i.e. .rosalesmeza ) letting us know it's ok to feel deeply and erratically during this unprecedented time as we adjust to a slower, hopefully kinder, pace of life that is far more equal and better for our ecological and social well-being. 🕊♥️🙏🏾🌻🎶
