The backyard transformation on this project was all about creating an outdoor space that feels intentional, functional, and connected to the home. By removing non-permitted structures and reworking the exterior layout, we were able to open up the yard and create a clean, usable patio area designed for everyday enjoyment and entertaining. Thoughtful planning allowed the backyard to feel like a natural extension of the home—simple, inviting, and built to last.

For this home project, we removed the wall between the kitchen and dining area to create an open, connected floor plan. New oak flooring was carefully laced in so all floors could be stained and refinished together, creating a seamless flow throughout the home.

We also preserved meaningful elements by reusing the original dinette and crafting a custom mantel from the home’s original cedar garage door—honoring the past while building for the future.

This bathroom design blends old-world charm with modern durability—from antique brass fixtures and white oak floating shelves to Italian porcelain “cementine” floor tile in blue-grey and brass tones.

Subtle veining in the quartz countertops and shower tile ties the whole palette together, creating a soft, elevated atmosphere that feels both classic and current.
