The Hampton Beach corner that's been a hole in the ground since the 2022 fire is finally coming back. The old Cinnamon Rainbows and North Beach Bar & Grille lot got approved for a four-story building: shops on the bottom, an ocean-view restaurant with a terrace, condos on top. The architect even designed it after a scallop shell. Good to see the north end get its focal point back.
