Nationally, Trinity Health is a leading Catholic health care system based in Livonia, Mich., with operations in 22 states.

We are delighted to congratulate Vice President of Reimbursement and Managed Care Contracting Pam Latovick on receiving LeadingAge Michigan's 2026 MVP Award!
The MVP Award spotlights individuals who have provided at least 15 years of dedicated service in the aging services field, demonstrating steadfast loyalty, valuable impact, and long-term commitment. Pam has served Trinity Health Senior Communities for 25 years.
According to Pam’s nomination, “She has always uniquely understood her management of numbers, payments, and policies to be directed at a higher purpose: the care of vulnerable elders.” Chief Operating Officer Stacey Johnson says: “Pam is a great advocate for residents, families, and colleagues. She is the go-to person across the organization for any question or need because she is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and responsive. She goes above and beyond to support (and) shares her personal experiences of being a caregiver and having a loved one in long term care to help us all grow, and she comes at her work with care of others as her North Star.”
