We had an amazing time welcoming students from Gillette Middle School to Bricks Crossing for a Leadership Lab experience!

These students impressed us with their ideas, collaboration, and willingness to think differently. Through hands-on challenges and reflection, they discovered that leadership is about more than leading—it’s about listening, encouraging others, and working together toward a common goal.

The future is in good hands. 💙
