They live in Cammack Village with their fearsome cat Ruby and are members of Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church. Bailey is a proud eighth-generation Arkansan, third-generation graduate of the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and holds an MBA from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Bailey has never met a stranger. He loves to connect with neighbors, solve problems for people, and
attend community events. His favorite hobbies include outside activities, talking on the phone, and showing up for his friends and family. He is considered a backyard birder, occasional sailor, and full-time Parrot Head. Bailey is an Eagle Scout and active member within the community. He previously served as a member of the young professional leadership boards supporting the Old State House and Emerging Leaders through Centers for Youth and Families. Additionally, Bailey has served as a committee member for ACANSA, the Arkansas Foodbank, and the Rotaract Club of Little Rock affiliated with Rotary Club 99. Most recently, he served as a committee member to the Cammack Committed campaign to build a new city center in
Cammack Village. In 2019, he was selected by Arkansas Business as a ā20 in their 20sā honoree. In 2015, Bailey Moll joined JPJ Consulting, a boutique public relations firm that specializes in creative problem solving, strategic messaging, and media relations. Prior to working with JPJ Consulting, Bailey served on the Mike Ross for Governor staff specializing in advance and field coordination.
