Slipped away from the weekend crowds at the beach and found our quiet escape on Wambaw Creek. Pure calm in the Lowcountry.
Back to the Low Country we went. Another fantastic week of exploring and sinking deep into the stories that shape this place. Our Road Scholar group showed with curious enthusiasm. A week where the rivers, the history and learning all flowed together into one unforgettable journey.
Saturday on the Little P*e Dee. Low water levels turned the river into a living gallery of Cypress Art. Narrow cut throughs gave us burst of fast currents and thrills. Cloudy skies and perfect temps. A quiet day with just enough spice.
