What a beautiful Wildflower Week! Last night we explored the pristine wilderness in Gilbert Baker Wildlife Management Area. Hugged the state champion Ponderosa pine. Listened to the wind whispering through the trees. Replenished our souls.

Today we head to Scottsbluff and Gering. Come take a hike with us at Scotts Bluff Monument at 2 pm - meet us in the parking lot near the Visitor's Center. And then join us for trivia and a tasty beverage and eats at - 6:30 pm. See ya there!

Celebrate Wildflower Week with PlantNebraska -- join us on a guided sunset wildflower hike tonight (Thursday, June 4) beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the pristine Gilbert Baker Wildlife Management Area in Harrison (meet in the parking lot near the restrooms). We'll take in the beauty of the landscape, enjoy the majestic Ponderosa pines and see what we can spot for blooms right now. See you there!
