As a small business owner, a significant amount of work happens before a project ever begins. Site visits, travel time, evaluating existing conditions, researching solutions, coordinating with contractors, and preparing estimates all require professional time and expertise.

To better serve clients while maintaining a sustainable schedule, EARTHeim will be using the following process:

• On-Site Consultation: $200

Includes a site visit, discussion of goals, and professional recommendations, and a written summary of the consultation. Estimates for designs are included in the consultation fee.

With certain projects when only an estimate is needed and a consultation is not necessary, I can create estimates for the work requested. Estimate fees are credited toward the project if you move forward.

• Estimate Fee: $100

Most projects benefit from an on-site consultation, which allows me to better understand your goals and provide the most accurate recommendations.
