Monarch "heavy lift" quadcopter can carry three GoPros Mobile Recon Systems announced a new Kickstarter campaign starting July 7 for the Monarch. It's a large heavy-lift quadcopter that carries three cameras or up to 9 lb (4.3 kg) of payload.
