This is a breakdown job we did first of this week. Bearings locked up and it all went downhill from there. We were able to get them back up and running in a couple days. Hammer mill shaft we repaired a couple of weeks ago. Bearing went down on the shaft so we had to build the shaft back up, machine a new bearing fit, and turn new threads for the lock nut. Give us a call for all your machining/fabrication needs small or large.

Hydraulic Cylinder we repaired this week. Threads and nut were damaged in the past. Someone drove the nut on and welded it to the shaft which failed to hold. Built up and machined new threads, new nut, new seals and it is good as new. Give us a call for all your Machining needs.
