Chicken salad is personal, so no measurements here. Just mix these four ingredients however your belly tells you to and enjoy.
The only rule? Grate your onion directly into the bowl you’re mixing in… that’s it. 🙌🏼 And if you’re not an onion person, start small. I promise the flavor it adds won’t hit your palate the way you’re thinking. It will simply add so much flavor without the onion bite you might be expecting!
All you need: chicken, mayo (I always grab Dukes!), Old Bay, and grated onion. That’s the whole list. 😎
