I'm back in South Carolina and it's straight back to the saw! ββ¨
My Ohio trip was a huge success. I want to thank everyone who placed orders and let me deliver their carvings personally. It was a real full-circle moment for me for sure!
Iβm already planning to return to Ohio in October, which is the perfect time for holiday gifts. If you have a special carving request, let me know now so I can get you on the schedule. π
Right now, Iβm finishing up two hanging bears for a customer in California. After that, Iβm starting my very first butterfly carving for a special customer! Itβs a new challenge for me, but I'll keep at it until it's exactly what I'm looking for.
Message me if you're interested in starting an order! β€

Made it to Ohio, and delivery day 1 is officially in the books! πβ
Everything arrived safe and sound, so I'd call that a successful start! π
The best part is seeing a customer's reaction when they see their carving in person. Pictures just don't do them justice! β€οΈ
More deliveries tomorrow, along with some family time. Wishing everyone a safe and Happy 4th of July! πΊπΈπ Enjoy the fireworks and make some great memories!! -Romel and Family

Check out this cool cardinal in flight! π¦
I've been wanting to try carving one like this for a while, and I finally got the chance.
This cardinal is double-sided, so it looks great from every angle. It was a fun one to carve, and I'm really happy with how it turned out.
This one is already spoken for, but I couldn't let it leave without sharing it with you all. Hope you like it! β€οΈπͺ΅

Our Ohio travel buddies are getting freshened up and ready to hit the road! πͺ΅β€οΈ
We're planning our drop-off schedule, so if one of these carvings belongs to you, let us know if you have a preferred day or time.
I have just a few carvings still available, and I'll post those in the comments below.
Thank you all so much for your support and for every like, comment, and share. It really helps get our little business in front of more people. Because of you, we have room for more logs and more carvings!

Meet my 1776 Tribute Eagle πΊπΈπ¦
Spent the past few days bringing this one to life, and I wanted this eagle to look tougher than my usual style. I carved a patriotic bunting right into the stump for extra character and hand painted. The sealer really brought out that aged, weathered look I was going for.
Hope you guys like it β€οΈ- Romel
If only our dogs could live as long as we do. β€οΈπΎ
That's probably the hardest part of loving them.
One of the things I love most about creating custom dog carvings is knowing they'll last a lifetime. Even years from now, they'll still remind someone of the loyal friend who was always there.
Here's a look at this carving coming to life from start to finish. Thanks for following along with the journey! πͺ΅π

Peepers is officially on his way to his new home in Vermont! π¦β€οΈ
I think his beautiful eyes give him so much personality. This is also my very first carving heading to Vermont, which makes it even more special.
Thank you for supporting my little shop! I can't wait to see where the next carving ends up! π

I still get a kick out of seeing my carvings in their new homes. β€οΈπͺ΅
A customer just sent me this photo of their fish hanging on the porch, and for a second I honestly thought it was a real catch! π£π
I spent a lot of time getting the curve of the body and the paint just right to give it that "just reeled in" look, and I think it paid off. It's going to be a great conversation piece for years to come.
Thanks so much for sharing the photo! It never gets old seeing where my carvings end up! ππ οΈ β€οΈ -Romel and Family

Almost everyone else in the shop has found a new home... except Rusty. π¦β€οΈ
It's kind of funny because I really thought he'd be one of the first to go. Instead, he sits here every day keeping me company while I work.
Maybe raccoons just don't get as much love as eagles, bears, and owls? Or maybe his person just hasn't found him yet.
If Rusty makes you smile, give this post a like or tell me your favorite woodland animal in the comments. Every interaction helps more people see my carvings, and maybe it'll help Rusty find the home he's been waiting for. -Romel β€οΈ
Finished: The 250th Anniversary Eagle. π¦

As a Navy dad, carving this 36" tribute was an honor. Every feather was a reminder of the spirit my daughter serves to protect.
Heβs already claimed and heading to Ohio soon! ππ¨
