City of Leander has partnered with Northline Leander Development Company, LP and St. John Properties on an initiative that will provide much-needed land and facilities to expand City services
for current and future residents.
The partnership includes an economic development agreement with St. John Properties, which includes a $4 million loan that is contingent upon the construction of a 95,000 square foot commercial office building.
This new multi-story building is scheduled to be completed next year and will be the catalyst to propel Leander’s Northline development to the next level. Leander City Council approved the agreements on Tuesday.
