One of the most important parts of the Just Right For Now trip to Macedonia wasn't just the games. It was the Team Time sessions.
These conversations are where growth happens. Reflection. Accountability. Leadership. Faith. Real dialogue that challenges student-athletes to think beyond the court.
But none of that happens by accident.
Before stepping on that plane, our Success Coaches are trained through the TRUE Change Coaching Blueprint. We equip them with structure, shared language, and practical tools so they can lead meaningful conversations in new environments and pivotal moments.

Our most recent Career Kickstarter event was made possible because so many people showed up and invested their time and experience.
Students had the chance to sit in a professional sports environment, ask real questions, and hear directly from people who have taken different career paths beyond the game. The goal was to give them exposure and help them see how the strengths they already have can translate into meaningful work.
Thank you to our partners, speakers, and everyone who helped create a space where students could learn, reflect, and leave with more clarity about what comes next. Most of all, thank you to the students who showed up open and engaged.
We are grateful for the support that makes experiences like this possible.
