Due to winter approaching us it's unfortunate that we have to close for the season. I was hoping to keep running but my equipment has struggled to maintain the proper temperature. We will take this time to insulate and install a heater for next winter. Thanks to everyone that had a chance to enjoy the food. Much love Lansing. This spring we will come full swing . We will be back on location tomorrow 11/15/25 come enjoy some street soulfood collard greens. .smoked brisket . Jerk fried chicken. Chicken and waffles. Shrimp and grits..smoked Turkey ribs and knuckles (tips)..soulfood waffles and more. 5pm until sold out.

So there will be a few things missing from our menu tomorrow no cajun turkey or corned beef sandwiches . turkey wings and the smoked brisket. The sweet treats are available but will come in containers not the waffle bowls. The machine is down for them. And we will not have the smothered potatoes or baked beans no room for all the side. So we had to make a tough choice for now.
