Ingredients
250g semolina flour
125ml warm water
1 tbsp olive oil
Pinch of salt
Directions
Combine everything in a bowl, then knead on a floured surface until smooth. Let it rest covered for 30 minutes. Roll and cut as needed. Cook until al dente (3–5 min).

Steps:
Whip butter, tahini, honey, and sugar until creamy.
Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
Stir in flour, soda, and salt.
