Overexfoliation is very common. Harsh scrubbing is very unnecessary on our skin. Physical exfoliants with hard pieces like walnut shells are not recommended. Instead, try jojoba beads or a low percentage chemical like lactic or glycolic acid.

Skin Script has a wonderful product called Glycolic & Retinol Pads. Used twice a week. Get brighter, softer skin with use. Always remember SPF must be used when using exfoliating products.
