We had a blast partnering with Positive Somebody on this event! Participants spent time learning about healthy coping skills, nutrition, sleep hygiene, confidence-building, positive affirmations, and more, all while enjoying the unique benefits of spending time around horses.

Come join ECL and Positive Somebody tomorrow for a fun-filled event where you can learn about building healthy coping skills!
