Named after her granddaughter, Shirley Elliott started Shelby’s with her husband, Roger, at the Laguna Village Art Studios on a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Shelby’s Toe Rings is taking a creative pause for the 2025 season.
After many fun years creating custom toe rings and handcrafted jewelry, I’m stepping back to rest and reflect. I’m not accepting orders at this time, but I’m so grateful for your support over the years.
