A Strong Soul

Hi,
It’s me again.

That voice in your head that sometimes gets drowned out by the fears, tears, and worries

It’s okay. I’m not mad

But … it’s time

Time for you to look up, look within, to breathe and smile and ya know … accept that you’re actually f*cking incredible

Life is hard & messy but … you’ll get through. You always do and your life… it’s really such a blip of time in the earth’s lifespan so let’s start making the most of it okay?

Stop overthinking
Stop rushing
Stop complicating
Stop trying so hard

Take a breath in and breathe out and say I see you fears, tears and worries but… I’m gonna listen to the voice today that tells me:

Slow down, notice, take it all in

Life is short and fragile and if we don’t look up we might miss it🤍

Beautiful people coming together to create beautiful moments.

I wanted Bloom & Breathe to be something that women can just show up to and feel like someone had spent a little extra time making things feel special just for them

A little time to not be rushed, obligated, or bogged down by their to do lists but free to create, laugh, and relax

Needless to say I think we succeeded🤍
