We are honored to receive a grant from Rock Rose Foundation this year! Educating our community about chronic kidney disease prevention through free kidney screenings. With kidney disease being such a silent disease, 7 out of 10 people with chronic disease are unaware that they have it. Unfortunately, people of color are the last to receive a diagnosis.
