major foundation from 80 plus years old cedar post and beam to concrete mono pour footers with culvert material for protection and schedule 80 steel for posts and cantilever aluminum I-beam for the deck. with two retaining concrete walls 👍🤠 you can see that tides played a major roll for work timing 👍
