In this video, my client dog (minding his business and trying to focus during a training walk) is being followed by an off-leash dog whose owner is calling after him in...entirelu in vain. No recall. No control. No accountability.

Here's the hard truth: If your dog cannot be trusted under solid voice control, they should not be off-leash in public. Not because your dog is "bad"—but because it's dangerous for everyone involved.
