The Sweetheart Cookie is probably in my top 3 favs of all time! I have been making them for over 20 years and they never get old ❤️ This simple sugar cookie sandwiched with strawberry cream cheese icing is always the Valentine’s Day special around here!

These are made in very limited batches, and they have already been claimed for 2022 😊Those pictured below are for a very special group of elementary school employees for delivery tomorrow morning.

The other batch to be made this weekend has been claimed for THIS COMING SUNDAY at The Refuge Church (Kannapolis) in The Mugshot. Stop by and grab one before they run out!!
