The old Chicago Tuberculosis Sanitarium holds one of the most haunting chapters in Chicago's history, thousands of patients once filled these buildings in search of hope during one of the city's deadliest epidemics. Today, this is all thats left of the site, with a few buildings used for the senior living facility next door. You can renovate the buildings, but you can't erase the history.

This authentic home video once belonged to Robert Berdella and was later retained as police evidence during the investigation and court proceedings. It was acquired from one of the biggest collector of artifacts of Berdella's estate and is now preserved as part of our true crime collection.

Every artifact has a story, and some are darker than others.
