Brighter Tails

Brighter Tails is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to humane community cat population control through Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR), education, and local partnerships. Brighter Tails is a community animal welfare organization focused on humane, preventive solutions for Unicoi County, TN. Programs will expand as capacity allows.
