Getting to know Rocket has been an interesting and fun ride. He’s 7 years old, loves pets, but is a liiiiittle on the timid side when it comes to strangers. It took a few visits before allowing me to pick him up, but only a few seconds upon meeting that he wanted to be pet & play.

All pets have different personalities, levels of trust, and timelines for gaining that bond. Always take your time!

This is one of many that stood out to me last year with this cute pups scrunchy nose— a joy to see every year, and which 2025 was my 2nd year in a row!

🎂 Happy late birthday to the pup with the most boop-able nose in town. I love doing frequent drop-in visits with Maisy! She is the softest, cutest, and cuddliest doodle I’ve ever met.

The more frequent the visits, the more I get to know your pup better. Pets start to feel a sense of routine, familiarity, and safety which is the goal with all of my clients!

rooger is having some 🍒 troubles so they will be getting removed (again somehow) tomorrow. he’s been so sad and irritated, i feel so bad for him and can’t wait to see him feeling better.

Jericho Pet Parade 2024 🎉

This was my first time attending the Jericho Pet Parade and it was such a highlight of the summer ☀️

rooger (or as i call him, roogie) is a 10 year old mini aussie who still has the energy and drive of a rowdy, adolescent pup.

being a high energy breed, rooger often doesn’t know his limits, risking an injury when trying to keep up with his younger sister maisy.

❕if you have an energetic breed, it’s important to make sure you pay close attention to when your pet may need water or a break for their own safety

gosh i am OBSESSED with the golden fur on butter. an absolutely sweet baby! she was shy at first but quickly warmed up. spent the winter with them for a while. was a great time with lots of tv and treats 🤍
