FBI arrests Wisconsin judge on charges of obstructing immigrant arrest Judge Hannah Dugan’s arrest is the first known instance of the Trump administration charging a local official with interfering on immigration enforcement.

Proof of life was confirmed for one of several alleged “Venezuelan gang” deportees who committed no crimes of record (as well as 78% of the prisoners) and robbed of Due Process.

When even one person is willfully prevented from their constitutional rights, none of us are safe. Trump has said he will be going after US citizens next. It doesn’t matter if someone is guilty or innocent in this administration. This is a repeating show of fact—no justice.

Senator Van Hollen flew to El Salvador to see that Garcia was alive. The Supreme Court ruled unanimously for his return after a lower court ruled his entire arrest was a “mistake” which the Trump prosecutors acknowledged was as well. This is a constitutional crisis and must be resolved soon. Respect for the rule of law must be returned before this continues to escalate. 🇺🇸⚖️
