The first sign that you are heading towards burnout is getting to Monday (or Sunday for my Saudi clients) morning and feeling like the whole weekend you were in bed and STILL not feeling rested or ready for the week.β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €

-Am I consistently numbing out? Food, alcohol, w**d, Netflix?β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €
-How am I doing physically? Am I moving well, am I doing all my normal activities with full charge? Am I eating things I normally eat and within appropriate proportions?β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €
-How am I doing emotionally? Have I had some emotional ups and downs lately? Am I on edge? What's causing it?β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €
-How am I doing relationally? Am I spending time with MY people, the people who make me come alive? Have I been getting in arguments with those around me more easily? Have I been shutting people out?β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €
-How am I doing spiritually? Have I been spending time being mindful or praying/meditating? Am I feeling fulfillment in my spirituality like normal?β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €
-How am I doing mentally? Am I getting stuck in my own head? Constantly trashing everything I do and everything someone says to me? Am I dwelling on things mentally to the point of numbing out to shut out the thoughts? What's been going on around me to cause this?β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €
