I will be out of town the end of the week and weekend, so I’ll be open tomorrow from 11-2 in downtown Jackson, TN next to the West TN Farmers Market in the parking lot of Talk-N West TN 101.5 FM WNWS.

The Weather Channel app shows a beautiful sunny day.

We had a great day today even though it was very hot and humid. I'm hoping to set up Tuesday since I will be out of town the rest of the week. I'm sorry I can't be at the Downtown Jackson TN's First Friday. I thought I had someone that was going to open up next weekend for me, but he didn't show up and is not answering his phone.

Well, well, well. This is the second time this year this has happened.

Sorry for any of you that wanted Uncle FatDog's today and I wasn't open.

When I used to have my lawn business, I used to watch the weather on the news to see if I was going out and mowing the next day. Too many times, it was wrong so I started looking at the radar myself on the Weather Channel app. I got it right every time.

I posted yesterday that I wasn't sure about today because of the chance of rain, but I couldn't see the radar out that far and it does change. I had my alarm set for 6:45 this morning to look again before I made the decision.

I was up at 3 and couldn't sleep. I was up til 5 and went back to bed finally. I would have stayed up, but I looked at the radar and it was clear that there would be lots of rain during the hours I would be open. The percentages (that I stopped relying on originally) was even higher for every hour.

I woke up at 10:30 to see the sun trying to peek out. It would be nice if I could just go up there and turn everything on and be open in 30 minutes, but I can't. By the time I would get open lunchtime would be almost over.

I may start saying I'll be open rain or shine. I really need to get that awning.

I'll see y'all tomorrow. I'll be there from 8am-1pm.

After looking at the weather radar. It looks like the rain is going to be here just when I’ll be starting to get opened up.
We’ll plan on getting opened Saturday.
Now I’m going back to bed. Hopefully, I’ll see yall Saturday.

I’m not sure about opening tomorrow. Based on what the forecast says, I may be able to be open. But according to the radar, there will be too much rain.
