We have about 1/3 of the WNC kids on our list adopted (51 out of 157). We have three more weeks to get all of these babies "adopted" for Christmas. Please take just a few minutes and look at the list, you will see their wants/needs are not extravagant as many of these children have been left displaced and have parents not able to work at the moment due to no fault of their own. Anything given is appreciated. Some of their wishes will really tug on your heart. If you can't adopt a child, please consider dropping off a new, unwrapped toy in the toy drive bin at one of our local drop-off locations.

If you would like to “adopt” a child on the list, please send me a message and I will put your name down and cross out the child(ren) you have chosen and move that child to the bottom of the list with the adopted ones. After you have gotten the items on the child’s list, please box or bag the gifts together (unwrapped) and put the child’s first name, age and s*x on the outside of the bag/box so that we can make sure it gets to the right family. We are collecting items until Monday, November 25th. Our drop-off locations are: H&P Leasing (Flowood), Jefcoat Fence (Pearl), 20/20 Vision Care (Pearl), Mike Saxton’s Garage (Flora), Crossroads Bar and Grill (Raymond), Clinton Body Shop of Richland and Clinton Body Shop of Clinton.
