🇺🇸 This Memorial Day, we take a moment to reflect on the courage and sacrifice of the brave men and women who served our nation. We honor their memory and extend our heartfelt gratitude to all who have served and continue to serve.

At Feuji, we are continuing our Workplace Wellbeing & Resilience Sessions, creating a space for conversations that help our teams stay healthy, balanced, and informed. As part of this, we hosted an engaging Nutrition & Health Awareness session at our office in collaboration with ContinentalHospitals.

Dr. Aiswarya Raj, Clinical Dietitian from Continental Hospitals, guided us through what holistic well-being actually looks like, from what we eat, to how we move, to how we take care of our minds. What stood out most was the conversation around choices and . The session was practical and relatable, offering simple habits and thoughtful insights that can be applied in everyday life.

It was encouraging to see such active participation and open dialogue across the team. We look forward to continuing these conversations and investing in wellbeing as a foundation for long-term impact.
