Bikini Amateur VS Bikini Pro

I’ve never done this type of comparison for myself and this is a great tool to use to see where you need to change some stuff on your physique to fit the category you’re competing in.
Obviously I’ll never look like Aimee, but it’s good to compare in some areas with a professional who’s in the top of the league because that’s what they are rewarding, so I need to adjust something in my physique to fit the division and by doing this side by side comparison I’m able to see much more of what needs to be worked on to look more “bikini”

Downsizing the shoulders (less cap) - I’m already working on this as I’ve lowered hitting my shoulders to only once a week now compared to twice a week. Been doing this since last year in August when I got my feedback

Upper glute (more roundness at the top) - been putting more emphasis on working my glutes as a whole but making sure I hit that upper glute more

I noticed my hamstring/glute tie ins are tooo etched out, so little less lean there and more full to add more depth, but conditioning was on point just less sharpness there. Which will be the manipulation of carb loading

Overall I’m happy with how far I’ve come to be closer to the category everytime I compete, always work to do, but excited for the future and in hopes of becoming a pro in this division and to be great example for it.

This year we’re coming 👑
