We provide consistent, relationship-based mentorship to adults navigating reentry, homelessness, or major life transitions. We don’t replace services. We strengthen them by being the steady human connection people need to succeed.

Important reminders:
-You must have a registered Kroger Rewards Card to participate
-If you don’t have one, you can get a card at the Kroger customer service desk
-Purchases will not count until your rewards card is registered and linked
